121 SESSION Experience the depth and resonance of the Himalayan Bowls with Bless founder Ashlyn Gibson. Travelling to the foothills of the Himalaya Ashlyn gained authentic insight and expert teaching in the art of sound healing. Currently studying under the Forest Bathing Institute Ashlyn blends guided meditation, mindfulness and the power of sound to create transformative and deeply restful experiences. Working with the healing and calming energy of nature Ashlyn uses plants to create a unique space.
Ashlyn's compassionate and welcoming sessions are particularly helpful to those who are feeling depleted and in need of deep rest. If you find it hard to switch off or to drop into a meditative state this session is also for you. A session with Ashlyn has been likened to an interlude during times of grief and loss.
These sessions can bring you valuable respite and holistic support.
As you are guided by sound and voice you will be held in a safe and gentle space where you can come home to yourself. The nurturing vibrations of sound that calm your nervous system bring benefits of deep rest, nervous system reset, energy flow and grounding.

Ashlyn's sessions take place at the Bless Warehouse just 2 minutes from Clapton Pond. The session allows integration time where you will receive support and a herbal brew.

Sliding scale:- If you are unable to cover the fee in full Ashlyn accepts a limited number of clients each month on a “pay what you can afford” basis. Please reach out to book a session at a reduced fee.
