Poppy’s world harks back to the 30’s, to the days of home-made jam, Clarice Cliff, hopscotch and holidays at the English seaside when perhaps life was tough but it was far simpler than it is today. Everything Poppy create, from their whimsical prints to their packaging and their story books, tells a strong and consistent story that is beautifully conceived. Their clothing has a very special quality that evokes a sense of nostalgia.
A little book of Poppy’s adventures is packaged with each dress in a lovely old fashioned brown cardboard box.
Made from 100% shrink, fade and crease-resistant cotton, the fabrics are printed with formaldehyde free dyes in a traditional print works in the North of England.
